The CEISMC Evaluation group has served as external evaluators for the Atlanta Science Festival engineered by Science ATL since 2014. In that time, the annual two-week Festival has grown to include over 100 classroom visits, over 100 events hosted by community partners, and the final "Exploration Expo" attended by 29,000 in 2019, all of which celebrate science in the metro-Atlanta community. The team collects survey and interview data from over 3,400 people including students, teachers, scientists, festival attendees, and community partners.
